A leading real estate platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Team Leader to supervise and mentor a team of sales agents. You will implement effective sales strategies to achieve goals while training and developing team members. Your role includes managing performance metrics, scheduling client appointments, and ensuring the team has the necessary resources to excel. This position requires proven leadership in sales, a focus on generating leads, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivate and train the attitudes and habits of a buyer's agent as they should be committed to putting their clients first and winning leads.
You will be responsible to handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team. This might include scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team have everything they need to do their jobs well. You would also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management.
