A leading electrical solutions company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue in the electrical market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with distributors and clients. This role involves managing sales goals, developing distribution networks, and conducting market intelligence activities. Purpose of the job

Sales Manager will drive territory revenue in the scope responsible, will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long‑term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales representative with a strong network in the Electrical Market. We are looking for someone who can make a significant impact by building, negotiating and closing large complex deals, and who can lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.

Job responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals
  2. Establish and develop the distribution networks across all key channels
  3. Manage sales and marketing events
  4. Support and deploy strategic initiatives as per directions from Sales & Business Development teams
  5. Coordinate with the country support team in China for end‑sales processes
  6. Conduct marketing intelligence activities
  7. Follow local projects in the value segment and coordinate with all stakeholders such as panel builders, contractors and consultants
  8. Establish relationships with utilities to obtain the required approvals in the country
  9. Ensure retail business growth along with acquisition of POS and tracking the sales through POS
  10. Target OEMs & panel builders in the value brand segment
  11. Update management on key changes in the country that could have a business impact
  12. Maintain close coordination with SE leadership team in KSA
Essential Professional Experience
  1. 10+ years in relevant Sales & Export roles
  2. Experience managing distributors with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with distributors, customers and external partners
  3. Sales background in low‑voltage electrical products; power distribution, industrial control products, etc. are a plus
  4. Experience working with Chinese brands
  5. Demonstrate strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills in executing, influencing and developing strategic initiatives for country sales
Desirable Qualifications
  1. A wide network of contacts in the electrical market
  2. Worked in companies such as SE, Siemens, Chint, LS, Eaton, Signify, etc.
  3. Experience penetrating new markets

  1. Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start‑up organization
  2. Good communication and presentation skills
  3. Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas
