Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Cosmetics and Personal Care. They are currently seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead their Over-the-Counter (OTC) department in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of skincare brands across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring market leadership through innovative sales tactics and robust team management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Create and execute comprehensive business plans and long-term strategies for OTC brands to ensure steady growth in alignment with company standards.
  2. Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Associates to consistently achieve and exceed departmental sales targets and productivity benchmarks.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the skincare sector.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline while building and maintaining high-level relationships with key clients and distributors.
  5. Financial Oversight: Manage annual budgeting, sales forecasting, and profit projections; establish pricing strategies and monitor costs to ensure healthy margins.
  6. Marketing Integration: Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, including digital communications, product launches, and events, to support overall brand awareness.
  7. Operations & Compliance: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and customers while ensuring strict adherence to company policies regarding inventory and ethics.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10–12+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a sales management role specifically within the OTC/Skincare field in KSA.
  • Education: BSc Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Applied Sciences, or a related scientific field.
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Location: Must be based inside Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).
