Job summary
A technology consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Back End Developer specializing in .NET Core 9. The role involves migrating backend services, developing REST APIs, and optimizing SQL performance. Candidates should possess strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and team collaboration skills. Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Framework 4.5 & ASP.NET Core 9.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and database performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Migrate backend services from ASP.NET Framework 4.5 to .NET Core 9.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend business logic.
- Implement authentication and security best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Migrate backend services from ASP.NET Framework 4.5 to .NET Core 9.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend business logic.
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Perform bug fixes and enhancements in the legacy system.
- Work with the front-end team for seamless API integration.
- Write scalable and maintainable backend code.
Technical Skills:
- Atleast 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Framework 4.5 & ASP.NET Core 9.
- Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Experience in SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization.
- Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
- Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and Security Practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (TFS/Git).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
