Responsibilities

• Select valves and accessories based on customer inquiries.
• Calculate equipment pricing and advise Sales team.
• Manage order processing and project documentation.
• Manage order processing and compile purchase orders with price breakdowns.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and pricing lists.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with supplies and procurement teams for timely execution.
• Create and maintain organised project documentation.
• Assist in preparing price lists.
• Carry out additional tasks aligned with company requirements.

Job Description

• Select valves and accessories based on customer inquiries or tender specifications in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Calculate equipment pricing and advise Sales Engineers/Managers on pricing strategy and gross margin targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to technical and commercial aspects of submitted quotations.
• Manage order processing, including compiling purchase orders with supporting documents and price breakdowns.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and pricing lists.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
• Coordinate with supplies and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Create and maintain accurate and organised project documentation.
• Assist in preparing price lists.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior, aligned with company requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical , Instrumentation, or related fields)
