About the job CFD Video Editor | MNC Broker | Fintech

Our client is a regulated entity with ASIC (AU) and VFSC (Vanuatu) licenses. The headquarter in Australia since 2011 with international offices and 200 professional team across the regions. They offer a variety of CFDs across different asset classes (FX, Crypto, Indices, and Commodities) to help clients diversify their portfolios and seize opportunities in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver videos for social media, performance ads, and brand campaigns (e.g., Wechat, RedNote, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Create platform-native short-form videos: hooks, pacing, captions, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Produce longer-form content where needed (interviews, education, event highlights, tutorials).
• Add subtitles (EN/CN), on-screen text, basic motion graphics, and brand-consistent visual elements.
• Manage post-production workflow: ingest, cutting, color correction (basic), audio cleanup (basic), exports, and versioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Content teams to interpret briefs, propose creative approaches, and deliver on timelines.
• Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats and variants for different audiences and platforms.
• Maintain an organized project/file structure and deliver assets ready for publishing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of video editing experience (agency/in-house/freelance acceptable).
• Mandarin fluency is mandatory (spoken and written) to support bilingual content and collaboration.
• Solid fundamentals in storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, and audio.
• Experience editing short-form social content with strong attention to retention mechanics (first 1–3 seconds, hooks, CTA).
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback efficiently.
• Nice-to-have CFD / trading / FX industry experience (or financial markets content exposure).
• Strong social media skills: understanding platform trends, formats, algorithm basics, and content performance signals.
• Experience creating ad creatives with A/B variants (multiple hooks, captions, angles).
• Experience with templates, MOGRTs, or scalable creative production systems.
