About the Role
We are looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, social media, e-commerce, and offline channels. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who is strong in campaign execution, content coordination, performance tracking, and design, and who is eager to grow into a leadership role.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing plans, manage platforms, develop creative assets, and support overall brand growth. Training and ongoing supervision will be provided to support your development and ensure successful execution of responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Execute and support marketing campaigns across digital, social media, e-commerce, and offline channels

Manage and maintain assigned social media platforms to ensure consistent branding, content quality, and posting schedules

Coordinate content creation, including copywriting, visuals, video briefs, and posting execution

Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Design marketing materials including graphics, product packaging, and promotional assets

Conduct basic video shooting and video editing for marketing and social media content

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

Support influencer (KOL/KOC) campaigns, including coordination, tracking deliverables, and performance reporting

Assist in organizing events, roadshows, and brand collaborations

Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and approved strategies

What We’re Looking For

Hardworking, independent, responsible, and self-motivated

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred

Hands-on experience in graphic design (e.g. social media visuals, marketing materials, packaging)

Ability to handle video shooting and basic video editing

Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)

Basic knowledge of paid advertising, influencer marketing, and content performance tracking is an advantage

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
