A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst fluent in Mandarin to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves leading business analysis for i-Gaming products, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and a deep understanding of the i-Gaming industry. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence is essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment with significant responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in the i-Gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of i-Gaming platforms and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across i-Gaming products.
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to align scope, resources, and deadlines.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategies.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
- Support QA and UAT efforts by validating solutions against business requirements.
- Provide clear, concise reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in the i‑Gaming industry.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
- Strong understanding of i‑Gaming platforms, user flows, and regulatory considerations.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project or similar.
- Skilled in business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience with UX/UI collaboration and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
