Digital Marketing & Creative Designer Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Creative Designer Specialist to support our website operations, visual design initiatives, and email marketing programs. This role combines technical website management with strong creative capabilities and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to translate business needs into effective digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and optimize company website content and structure to ensure accuracy, performance, and brand consistency.
- Create high-quality visual assets including banners, graphics, presentations, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including template design, content setup, segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Produce simple video edits and short-form video content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand communication across digital channels.
- Ensure all digital assets meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user-experience best practices.
- Support additional digital marketing tasks such as social media content design, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in website maintenance and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics for minor website or email adjustments.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital design best practices.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to think creatively while balancing business objectives and brand requirements.
- Experience with marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
- Ability to create lightweight animations or motion graphics (a plus).
