Job summary

A tech company in Malaysia is seeking a mobile application developer to design and develop applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-performance applications. Responsibilities include testing, writing maintainable code, and integrating back-end services. This role requires involvement in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring excellent user experience and functionality.

Job Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications on iOS and/or Android platforms, focusing on high performance and excellent user experience.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to ensure app requirements are fully understood and implemented.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring apps function across various devices and operating systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices in mobile development, including code reviews and testing.
• Integrate mobile applications with back-end services and third-party APIs, working with backend developers as needed.
• Actively involved in the entire SDLC from requirements analysis & gathering, functional specifications, design, development, testing to implementation & post-implementation support.
• Maintain documentation of code, development processes, and app functionality to ensure team members can easily understand the application structure.
