Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. To be able to meet the monthly sales quota.
  2. Generate sales and profitable margins by managing and expanding existing buness and targeting and opening new business.
  3. To liaise with existing customers to ensure business continuation.
  4. To prepare quotation for customer and monitoring on collection.
  5. Coordinate with Production Planner and Sales Coordinator for production planning.
  6. Attend customer’s complaint and raise and follow up on quality claim form.
  7. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  8. To conduct survey on customer as a monitoring and survey to customer satisfaction and requirement.
  9. Identities product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  10. Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organization.
  12. Collection.
  13. Preparation for cylinder engraving i.e. going through artwork with Printing Department and cylinder maker.
Competency Requirement
  • Japanese language proficiency required (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
  • English B2
  • At least 2 years in sales or related field
  • Education: Minimum Senior Middle 3 or SPM or equivalent
  • Market analysis & basic computer knowledge on added advantage
  • A strong sense of responsibility and able to travel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin other languages is added advantage.
