Job summary

A reputable construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Surveyor with 1–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil and earthwork surveying, alongside proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations and GPS. Responsibilities include setting out construction positions, monitoring structure stability, and preparing survey reports for project managers. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work on-site are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set out construction positions, levels, and alignments based on design drawings.
• Check site elevations, coordinates, and alignment; report discrepancies to the team.
• Monitor stability of key structures and slopes.
• Record survey data including elevations and boundaries.
• Prepare daily or weekly survey reports for engineers or project managers.
• Assist engineers in resolving measurement issues.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

Surveying & Setting Out / 测量与放样

• Set out construction positions, levels, and alignments based on design drawings / 根据设计图纸进行施工放样
• Check site elevations, coordinates, and alignment; report discrepancies to the construction team / 检查标高、坐标和线路，并及时向施工队反馈

Construction Monitoring / 施工监控

• Monitor wwwwwqitor stability of key structures and slopes / 对关键结构或边坡进行稳定性监测

Data Recording & Reporting / 数据记录与报告

• Record survey data including elevations, boundaries, and earthwork quantities / 记录标高、边界及土方量数据
• Prepare daily/weekly survey reports for engineers or project managers / 制作日/周施工测量报告
• Maintain measurement records for quality checks / 保留测量档案以便质量检查

Construction Support / 施工协助

• Assist engineers in verifying construction plans and resolving measurement issues / 协助工程师验证施工方案并解决测量问题
• Provide technical support for earthwork estimation, progress monitoring, and leveling checks / 提供土方量估算、施工进度及平整度检查技术支持

Quality & Safety Check / 质量与安全检查
