Job summary
A leading logistics company in Port Klang is seeking a candidate proficient in SAP MM and PM modules, with a background in procurement, finance, or engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in an asset-intensive industry are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required for effective reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with SAP MM / PM modules.
- Experience in port, logistics or asset-intensive industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and maintenance operations.

- Strong knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
- Proficient in handling Blanket Purchase Orders, consignment processes and inventory transactions.
- Familiar with Functional Location and Equipment Master Data.
- Understanding of cost centre, GL account for financial postings.
- Competent in performing stock take, and inventory reconciliation.
- Experience with SAP issues tracking, user support and UAT testing for change requests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy especially for master data and cost postings.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with SAP MM / PM modules, experience in port, logistics or asset-intensive industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, maintenance operations and basic financial accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and SAP reporting.
