Job summary

A logistics company in Johor, Malaysia is looking for a Shipping Executive to manage shipping activities, documentation, and liaise with various authorities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in related fields and proficiency in Mandarin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The salary is up to RM3500 with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

  • Track and update shipment status, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Support resolution of shipping discrepancies or delays.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor all shipping activities including import, export, and local shipments.
  • Prepare and handle shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and on-time delivery.
  • Track and update shipment status, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal departments.
  • Support the resolution of shipping discrepancies, delays, or related issues.
  • Assist in cost monitoring and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
