The Head of Music will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering the music curriculum across the secondary school. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a commitment to fostering students’ musical talents while maintaining high academic standards aligned with the UK curriculum.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music or related field (minimum requirement)
• At least 3 years teaching experience in secondary/high school music education
• Proven leadership or management experience within an educational setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of the UK music curriculum and assessment standards
• Ability to inspire and motivate students as well as staff members
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in various musical instruments and technology is advantageous

• Passionate about nurturing student creativity through music education
