Curriculum Development
- Oversee curriculum development, review and implementation aligned with early childhood standards.
- Monitor teaching quality through observations, evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning, classroom management and child development.
Staff Management & Human Resource Development
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and professional development of all academic and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and staff training programs.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful and motivated work culture.
Operational Management
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and in alignment with SOPs.
- Maintain student‑teacher ratios, schedules, timetables and activity planning.
- Oversee resource allocation, classroom setups and inventory use.
Financial Oversight
- Assist in annual budgeting and manage school expenditures responsibly.
- Approve procurement of educational resources and maintenance services.
- Support fee collection, enrolment growth and cost control measures.
ISO Compliance & Quality Management
- Ensure implementation and continuous review of ISO 21001: Educational Management Systems.
- Oversee documentation, internal audits and compliance with ISO standards.
- Lead and participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Drive process improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.
Qualifications (Principal)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
