Job summary
A landscaping and nursery company in Seremban is seeking an individual to assist customers with plant selection and gardening inquiries. The role involves providing expert advice on plant care, ensuring a clean and organized store, and handling sales transactions. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and a passion for plants, with previous retail experience being advantageous.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge or interest in plants, gardening, and landscaping is a plus.
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with plant selection and gardening product inquiries.
- Provide expert advice on plant care and garden tools.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.
- Operate the register for sales transactions as needed.
