We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager in the manufacturing industry based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity in the local specialized manufacturing industry. Ideal candidate should excel in strategic planning, adaptability, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a finance team to deliver top-notch financial services and support business growth in the manufacturing company.
• Foster teamwork and standardization to build an efficient financial infrastructure, as well as set targets and guide finance staff, including setting three-month objectives.
• Collaborate with the Group Finance Team to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Develop budgets, manage local funding, and cash flow.
• Conduct financial analysis, create KPI metrics, and prepare detailed financial reports.
• Oversee inventory policies, counting procedures, and review aged inventory.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, file annual accounts, manage corporate tax liabilities, and implement risk management in treasury transactions.
• Supervise and manage audits, third-party communications, and internal controls.
• Identify spending and revenue patterns and recommend solutions.
• Develop and enforce financial control procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc business projects.
• Assist in developing and implementing company strategy, challenging management as needed.
