Company Background

We are representing our clients in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry:

1. Chinese seafood restaurant and event banquet that delivers the ultimate dining experience based in Petaling Jaya.

2. Fast growing F&B company with over 20+ outlets across Malaysia, with the HQ based in Kepong.

As they are expanding, they are currently looking for result oriented candidates for the positions of HR Executive (Payroll Management).

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full payroll processing cycle, including salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Maintain confidential payroll records, including details of employee compensation, deductions, and statutory information.
  • Collaborate closely with HR to update and maintain employee records and payroll-related information.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave entitlement, leave application and other benefits.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or issues, while addressing staff inquiries promptly.
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
  • Managing employee separation processes.
  • To undertake and perform other HR functions, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing in relevant industry.
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid communication skills with language proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin (role require to handle Mandarin speaking suppliers).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Possess own transport is compulsory.
