Job summary
A leading engineering company is seeking a Senior Engineer, Interface in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 4 years in Project Engineering, and 10 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry. We are sourcing for qualified candidates to fill the post below:
Senior Engineer, Interface
Malaysian candidates only, preferable Sarawakians.
Location: Kuala Lumpur and Bintulu
Duration: 2 years
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Min. 4 years of proven Project Engineering experience.
- Familiar with international codes and standards commonly accepted in the Oil & Gas industry including to related local regulations for offshore and onshore facilities.
- Thorough understanding of the risks and the technical/commercial issues associated with the development of Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties.
- Very good in communication, coordination and organizing skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other team members within / outside Department.
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills, integrity and problem solving in complex project and business environments.
- Min. 10 years’ experience in Offshore Oil & Gas industry.
- Experiences in FEED/EPC for Offshore and/or Onshore facilities of a similar scope/scale.
- Experiences in interface management and stakeholder management e.g., Asset, JV Partner, Government authority, etc.
- Experience of executing a project in Sarawak area is an advantage.
