The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, certifications in quality auditing and Lean Six Sigma, and 5 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and effective communication skills to facilitate quality assurance processes.
Formación
Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Quality Engineering tools and techniques.
Experience in Production, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Responsabilidades
Manage QA Activities in manufacturing including supplier management and customer complaints.
Lead quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with standards.
Evaluate manufacturing processes for control and improvements.
