Responsibilities

• Responsible for process yield improvement.
• Compile and analyze yield reports.
• Monitor and control production waste/scrap and generate reports.
• Troubleshoot issues with line technicians.
• Respond to audits and follow up till closure.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings.
• Assist in establishing production control procedures.
• Optimize production processes.
• Collaborate with QA on product quality matters.
• Support internal training and manual preparation.
• Prepare WI and OPL.
• Handle other tasks as requested.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Process yield improvement.
• Compile and analyses yield report.
• Responsible daily monitor and control production waste /scrap and generate weekly report.
• Follow up and troubleshooting together with line technicians, if found any abnormality. Provide problem solving (fine tune problem and develop the solution).
• Respond to internal and external audits, actions follow- up till closure.
• Attend daily Molding meeting and internal weekly meeting.
• Assist in establish production process control procedure.
• Assist in optimize production / process running.
• Work with QA on product quality related matter (especially customer feedback).
• To support internal training and training manual preparation.
• WI and OPL preparation.
• Handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by Superior.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Skills: Good communication and managing skills.
• Work Experience: Experiences in related field will be added advantage.
