Quality Operator

Responsible to assist QA Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor in Manufacturing Quality Control activities to ensure product conformities to customer requirement

Responsibilities

• To perform inspection activities according to plan.
• To request and monitor screening activity from production upon detection of out of specification products.
• Perform the specific task as assigned by superior.
• Follow the procedure/system set.
• Attend the necessary training and certification when required; be certified for the operation.
• Highlight any abnormalities seen to the line leader/supervisor for attention. Strictly follow and comply to company regulations.
• Follow all environmental procedures in carrying out daily activities.
• Highlight to supervisor any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environmental policies.
• Maintain 5S in workplace.
• Accept or reject the product during their respective operation or specified requirements. Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements
