Job description

TCR Group Shared Services Sdn Bhd – Sepang, Selangor

This is an exciting time for our company! We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader. To support this transition, TCR is currently replacing its ERP system and at the same time is optimizing processes but also standardizing and centralizing key functions. TCR started a transformation towards a new ERP system. This is a great opportunity to standardize and align our operational master data.

We are looking for a proactive, detailed and structured person who is highly motivated, loves a fast-paced environment and international contacts. It is preferred to have previous experience working with master data management and overseeing business activities.

The Master Data team started with one FTE in August 2024 and have grown to 5 FTE as of December 2025.

The job will be based in our Group Shared Services Department in Cyberjaya. We provide services to the global TCR Network and operate on a shift-based schedule. As part of our team, you will participate in a rotating shift pattern, which includes 3 weeks of day shifts followed by 1 week of evening shift.

Shift Schedule:

Day Shift: 3 weeks working Monday to Friday in the office during regular business hours (07:00 – 16:00)

Evening Shift: 1 week working remotely from home, with hours from 15:00 – 23:59.

A fixed allowance to compensate for shift work.

Additional allowances for public holidays worked.

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with all entities on master data related topics.

Address and resolve issues raised by entities in a timely and effective manner.

Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the performance and quality of all master data types.

Lead and oversee the master data team.

Coach, guide, and train team members to uphold best practices and continuously improve processes for our Master Data service.

Participate in our shift rotation and execution of master data.

Manage the shift calendar and ensure the 16-hour 5 days a week coverage is maintained at all times.

Ensure all master data requests are processed in accordance with established SLAs.

Perform regular quality control checks on existing master data.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

With background of Data science, Information Sciences, Master data management, or equivalent with strong analytical background and data minded.

Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized in managing multiple projects and data streams.

Autonomous and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills — able to interact effectively with technical, supply chain, and local operations teams.

Clear and structured communication skills, in English.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred.

Experience working with master data is preferred.

Flexibility, required to communicate with and partake in meetings with entities operating in different time zones.
