Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting the design of procedures, analyzing data for improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

Job description

Implement Quality Assurance systems and processes to ensure quality, safety and compliance of processes and products to internal, customer and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Support the design and development of quality assurance procedures, processes and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare and assist in designing quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in practices and processes
  • Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications and reliability
  • Maintain all controlled document files and quality records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management
  • Provide technical assistance to production on quality and process improvements as well as trouble shooting when necessary
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Quality Assurance tools, concepts and methodologies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge in GMP/ISO9000 or other quality management systems
  • Proven experience in GMP manufacturing
  • Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
