In this role at CelcomDigi, you will work on interesting projects within the Consumer Business division. You will oversee highly complex end‑to‑end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals, adherence to governance standards, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong leadership, structured execution, and a high level of ownership.

• Highly organized and proactive in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver successful projects and programs

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Provide technical guidance to support the project team
• Facilitate regular meetings, provide status updates, and report to stakeholders and leaders
• Act as liaison between Consumer business project team and IT teams, facilitating technical conversations for alignment across divisions
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future initiatives
• Establish effective relationships with vendors and partners
• Monitor, track, and manage vendor delivery ensuring scope of work is delivered with high quality and within timeline
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members (both partners and CD teams)

• Minimum 8 years of managing complex projects within IT or digital environments
• Experience managing complex technical projects in the telco industry or related industry
• Strong understanding of technology and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), particularly in IT
• Previous experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar
• Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure projects meet timelines
