Job description

Lead and manage multiple digital banking projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Establish and enforce program management frameworks, governance standards, and reporting structures.

Coordinate project approvals with governance committees (PSC, ITSC, ALCO, BRCC, MANCO).

Oversee deployment activities including SIT, UAT, penetration testing, and go-live rollout.

Monitor resource allocation, project milestones, and interdependencies across teams.

Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Track and manage program budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.

Prepare and present program updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to management.

Promote continuous improvement through post-deployment reviews and lessons learned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification such as PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project/program management experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Familiar with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines, Technology Risk Management (TRM), and audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk controls, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
