This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Pilot located in Batu Berendam. The Chief Pilot will oversee and manage flight operations, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and maintain high safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising flights, conducting pilot training programs, monitoring flight performance, and coordinating with regulatory authorities. The Chief Pilot will also collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address operational challenges.
