Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Oversee the production process, draft and ensure adherence to production schedules.
2. Identify training needs and organize training sessions for production workers.
3. Raise WSR requests by email for use materials in the Bar Fab processes.
4. Assist the Bar Fab Operation Manager in managing production operations.
5. Support your superior or reporting manager with any new tasks assigned.
6. Collaborate with managers to implement company policies and goals.
7. Identify and resolve issues that could cause production delays.
8. Monitor discipline, tardiness, and attendance of DLs.
9. Prepare and present production reports to upper management.
10. Determine resource capacity needed to meet production plans.
11. Manage dispatching of work orders according to the build plan.
12. Drive improvements in workmanship and quality.
13. Manage and control direct material usage and keep inventories at desired levels.
14. Manage employee attrition and retention, and coordinate activities to enhance teamwork and environment.
15. Ensure compliance with Quality Policy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
16. Perform other duties as directed by your immediate superior.
17. Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping guidelines.
18. Meet performance metrics such as HPU, DPPM, Cycle time, Job Closure, Cross Training, Scrap/Reject, and attendance.
19. Participate in or be trained on company initiatives like Lean Manufacturing.
20. Derive continual improvement strategies.
21. Practice Risk-Based Thinking in planning and execution.
22. Comply with ISO requirements, company rules, regulations, and applicable codes.

Education & Experience

• Possess a BBA or equivalent with at least xx years of relevant experience as a Production Supervisor.

Skills

• Leadership skills to manage a virtual team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with other team members.

Working Conditions

• This role can be 100% onsite, hybrid, or remote, depending on company policy.
