Job Summary

The ideal candidate is required to carry out the daily production test operation and IQC on various PCBA boards. The candidate should possess the knowledge of computer and/or electronic engineering, and be able to perform the necessary duties including developing test scripts, testing, and quality control on company products to meet company goal and objectives. The candidate is able to analyze the complex data and troubleshooting and fault isolation for failed PCBA boards. Good communication is required, and capable of working in a fast pace environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform functional testing of assembled server systems, including hardware diagnostics, firmware loading, and system validation.
  • Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes for hardware, firmware, or configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
  • Maintain and improve test stations, tools, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce false failures.
  • Ensure testing processes are aligned with product requirements, safety standards, and ESD practices.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and coordinate pilot testing for new server models.
  • Provide training and technical support to test operators and technicians on procedures and equipment.
  • Record and analyze test data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field. Candidates with relevant certificates and demonstrated working experience will also be considered.
  • Preferably have 3–5 years of experience in server, PC, or electronics hardware testing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of server architecture including components such as CPU, RAM, Storage, BMC/IPMI, and BIOS/firmware.
  • Experience in testing and validating x86 server platforms is considered a significant asset.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.) for automating test processes.
  • Familiarity with production MES or test tracking systems.
  • Adept with diagnostic tools, Linux/Windows OS environments, and network configurations is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
  • Willingness to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based production environment, ensuring operational continuity and flexibility.
