A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced factory manager to oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Qualifications

- Knowledge of production equipment operation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
- Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and ensure timely supply to meet demand.
- Implement and maintain quality control (QC) and hygiene standards in line with F&B industry requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Supervise and train factory staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and food safety certifications (e.g., HALAL, HACCP, GMP).
- Identify opportunities to optimize production cost and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Food Technology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in the F&B industry.
