Manage the delivery of the assigned package from the engineering phase through to commissioning, in accordance with the Project Execution Plan. Provide support to the Integration team and assist the commissioning team with the package commissioning process.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment with stakeholders. Demonstrates and encourages behaviors aligned with the MODEC values. Hosts team-building activities to promote the formation of strong team relationships.
Comprehend the technical requirements of the package by collaborating with package engineers or discipline engineers as needed, and support the external interface through the Project Interface Manager to address package-related issues involving the Client's Contractors.
Organize and lead internal interface meetings with stakeholders, encompassing Engineering, Procurement, Contractors, Sub-contractors, and the Client. Ensure all stakeholders are updated on progress, upcoming activities, and any potential changes. Attend all relevant meetings related to the assigned package, including progress updates and sponsor meetings.
Define the Scope, Schedule, and Resources, and carry out the execution with assistance from the Engineering Manager and the Project Procurement Manager.
Anticipate potential changes in design, cost, quality, or schedule and advise the Delivery Manager accordingly. Coordinate and implement any changes that affect the design, cost, quality, or schedule.
Manages the completion of any existing Carry-Over Work and assists with Integration and Commissioning activities. Coordinates engineering and procurement support for the commissioning of the assigned package.
