Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in offshore operations, a relevant engineering degree, and various certifications, including IWCF Level 4. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in well integrity management and well interventions in offshore operations.
• Strong knowledge of well design, completions and intervention equipment, and rigless operations.
• Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention Pressure Control certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Field Operations to ensure well integrity is monitored and reported.
• Lead the engineering design and execution of well interventions.
• Coordinate with subsurface, field operations, and offshore supervisors for seamless execution.
