You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues while ensuring smooth operations of IT systems. Qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science and 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies.
