We're looking for a Motion Graphic Artist with strong visual storytelling instincts and a passion for bringing ideas to life through motion. You'll create dynamic animations, explainer videos, and visually captivating assets that amplify BJAK's campaigns, products, and brand stories across multiple platforms.

This role suits someone who blends creativity with technical precision—a artist who can visualize complex ideas and turn them into engaging motion visuals that connect with audiences.

• Conceptualize and design motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and product explainers.
• Create engaging 2D animations, kinetic typography, and infographics that communicate ideas effectively.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual treatments that align with creative briefs and brand identity.
• Animate existing design assets (illustrations, logos, icons, characters) for promotional videos or product demos.

• Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate concepts into impactful motion visuals.
• Collaborate with videographers, video editors, and designers to integrate animations seamlessly into video content.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to enhance storytelling through motion.

• Ensure all motion graphics are optimized for various platforms (social media, digital ads, web).
• Manage project files, templates, and design assets in an organized and scalable way.
• Troubleshoot animation and rendering issues to maintain output quality.

• Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and animation techniques.
• Experiment with new visual styles, transitions, and effects to keep content fresh and modern.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving audience engagement through animation.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or related creative production.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• Strong sense of composition, timing, color, and typography.
• Experience creating motion graphics for digital and social media platforms.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical precision and brand consistency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively under tight timelines.
