• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the Aishah Kassim Academy's mission to support parents of children with developmental delays.
• Create engaging and informative written content in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and email newsletters.
• Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content, such as social media visuals, infographics, and short videos, to enhance content engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage and maintain the Aishah Kassim Academy's social media presence across various platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for online platforms, including promotional videos, testimonials, and educational resources.
• Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a supportive and informative environment for parents.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and improve overall engagement and reach.
