A global wireless networking leader in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Program Managers with planning and scheduling projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-5 years of experience in project coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools is essential. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate successful project execution.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (timelines, reports, meeting minutes).
- Facilitate communication across departments including engineering, operations, procurement, and QA.
- Track budgets, resource allocation, and project expenditures.
- Ensure all programs align with internal processes, standards, and compliance policies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; experience with project tracking software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA) is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
