Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Program Managers in planning and scheduling projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (timelines, reports, meeting minutes).
  • Facilitate communication across departments including engineering, operations, procurement, and QA.
  • Track budgets, resource allocation, and project expenditures.
  • Ensure all programs align with internal processes, standards, and compliance policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
