• Determine core aspects and success criteria for automation solutions in manufacturing and assembly.
• Drive projects related to production process automation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the global Center of Competence (CoC) and related groups.
• Develop strategies to oversee the core processes within the regional responsibilities of the BMI B. Braun Technology Center- Asia Pacific (BTC-AP), in line with Operating Model Medical (OMM).
• Collaborate with Production and R&D to promote simultaneous engineering for product and process development.
• Evaluate manufacturing technology suppliers in the Asia Pacific region to enhance capabilities, especially in innovative automation technologies.
• For senior roles, develop training concepts and execution plans for technically skilled workers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Experience in process development and assembly automation
• Good project management skills
