我们是一家家具制造企业工厂,拥有约500名办公室及工厂员工。作为人力资源执行员(HR Executive),该职位将全面负责公司人力资源管理的各项职能与流程,包括监督人力资源小团队、招聘管理、维持员工关系、绩效管理、人力资源政策制定与执行、合规管理、员工敬业度提升以及行政支持等工作。该职位需与高级管理层紧密合作,制定并推动与公司整体目标相一致的人力资源战略与举措。
主要职责与工作内容
- 组织发展:进行人力资源规划与分析,识别人才缺口并预测未来人力资源需求;通过有效的沟通与变革管理方案支持组织变革;在符合公司发展目标的前提下,指导团队应对组织重组、合并或扩展等事项。
- 招聘与入职管理:制定并执行招聘策略,全面监督招聘流程,确保新员工顺利入职并快速融入公司。
- 绩效管理:监督绩效考核流程,制定并跟进绩效目标,提供绩效反馈,制定和执行绩效改进计划,并协调相关培训项目以提升员工技能与整体绩效。
- 企业文化与价值观:倡导积极、包容并符合公司价值观的企业文化,例如打造整洁、安全的工作环境;定期开展企业文化与员工士气评估,并根据反馈采取相应改进措施。
- 人力资源管理与员工关系:作为本地员工及外籍员工的人力资源主要对接人,及时回应员工咨询,公正处理员工关系问题;推行员工满意度与敬业度提升计划,促进有效沟通及冲突解决。
- 外籍员工管理
- 协调 KDN 外劳配额申请、工作准证的签发、续期及注销
- 管理 FOMEMA 体检安排及后续跟进行动
- 负责外籍员工的入境、报到(入职)及离境手续
- 与移民局、JTK 及人力资源中介机构进行沟通与协调
- 宿舍管理
- 分配宿舍房间并维护最新的入住记录
- 定期进行检查,确保宿舍清洁、安全及符合法规要求
- 执行宿舍管理规定,必要时采取纪律处分
- 协调宿舍维修工作,并与供应商联系安排维修及物资
- 准备宿舍相关的审计文件(居住条件、安全标准等)
- 人力资源政策管理:确保人力资源政策的统一执行与合规性,定期审查并更新相关政策以符合最新法律法规要求;为管理层及员工提供人力资源最佳实践方面的指导。
- 工厂人力资源合规与汇报:持续关注并掌握最新劳动法及相关法规,确保公司在人力资源及劳动法方面的合规性;准备并提交所需的人力资源报告、数据指标及分析资料。
- 行政支持:维护准确且保密的员工档案;监督人力资源行政事务,如薪资处理、福利管理及员工文件管理;并协助人力资源部门推进各类项目与计划。
任职资格
- 能够使用中文进行书面及口头沟通,并可与工厂及办公室员工使用其他本地语言进行交流。
- 人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备高级人力资源岗位相关工作经验,优先考虑具备管理层经验者。
- 熟悉人力资源管理原则、实务及相关劳动法律法规。
- 具备良好的问题解决能力及冲突处理能力。
- 具备优秀的沟通能力与人际交往能力。
Job Overview
We are in furniture manufacturing with around 500 staff office and factory workers. As HR Executive, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including supervising a small HR team, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy administration, compliance, employee engagement, and administrative support. This role will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities
- Organizational Development – Conduct workforce planning analysis to identify talent gaps and forecast future HR needs, support organizational changes through effective communication and change management plans, guide teams through restructuring, mergers, or expansions in alignment with company goals.
- Recruitment and Onboarding – Develop and implement recruitment strategies, oversee the entire hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Performance Management – Oversee the performance appraisal process, set and monitor performance goals, provide feedback, develop and implement performance improvement plans, and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Workforce Management & Employee Relations – Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries for local and foreign workers, resolve employee relations issues fairly, and implement programs to enhance satisfaction and engagement while promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- HR Policy Administration – Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies, review and update policies to meet legal requirements, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR best practices.
- Foreign Worker Administration
- Coordinate KDN foreign worker quota applications, work permit issuance, renewal, and cancellation
- Manage FOMEMA medical examinations and follow‑up actions
- Handle arrival, onboarding, and exit procedures for foreign workers
- Liaise with the Immigration Department, JTK, and manpower agencies
- Hostel Management
- Allocate hostel rooms and maintain up‑to‑date occupancy records
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Enforce hostel rules and take disciplinary action when necessary
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with vendors for repairs and supplies
- Prepare hostel‑related documentation for audits (living conditions, safety standards)
- Factory HR Compliance and Reporting – Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and HR regulations, and prepare and submit required HR reports, metrics, and analytics.
- Administrative Support – Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee documentation, and support the HR department in various projects and initiatives.
- Workplace Culture & Values – Champion a positive and inclusive company culture aligned with organizational values, such as a clean and safe workplace, and facilitate regular culture and morale assessments and take action on feedback.
Qualifications
- Preferably be able to communicate in Chinese (written and spoken) and also communicate with factory and office staff in other local languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably has exposure to managerial aspects.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
