As a Quality Engineer (PQE/CQE), you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence, while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and customer satisfaction.

Quality System & Process Management – Develop and improve quality procedures, specifications, and management systems to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and 5S practices.
Inspection & Product Assurance – Lead inspection activities for purchased and subcontracted parts, oversee product acceptance during APQP/PPAP phases, and support customer PPAP audits.
Customer Quality Support – Act as the quality liaison with customers by managing CSRs, inspection reports, and technical discussions. Handle customer complaints, prepare 8D reports, and drive corrective/preventive actions to closure.
Audit & Compliance – Manage internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures. Monitor OEM performance and PPM targets to support continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Data Analysis – Track production processes, monitor 4M changes, analyze returned products, and share insights with internal teams to strengthen product quality and reliability.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, process quality, or customer quality.
Knowledge of quality standards and tools: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D.
Skilled in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) with strong data analysis and reporting ability.
Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and international teams).
