Requirements

• Possess a valid forklift operator license or certification from a recognized authority.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in operating various types of forklifts, including counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control and storage procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret warehouse documents, such as packing lists, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Excellent Bahasa Malaysia communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety regulations and procedures while operating forklifts.
• Capable of performing routine maintenance checks on forklifts and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as needed.

Responsibility

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse and production areas, adhering to safety regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts, completing pre-shift checklists to ensure proper functionality and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles, verifying the accuracy of shipments against delivery documents.
• Stack and arrange materials in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization and maintaining organized storage systems.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials between production lines, storage areas, and shipping docks as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation, ensuring accurate records of materials and products within the warehouse management system.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by removing debris, sweeping floors, and properly disposing of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
