Responsibilities:

1. Achievement of sales target set.
2. Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
3. Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
4. Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
5. Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
6. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
5. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
6. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
