We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team. The successful candidate will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional service, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry heavy trays.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Food handler/safety certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven work experience (X years preferred) as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role, particularly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, taking accurate orders.
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable dining experience.
