Job summary

Job description

To monitor and ensure defect rectification work is carried out in a timely, efficient and high quality manner.

To oversee and supervise the work of repair teams and contractors assigned to rectify defects.

To liaise with purchaser / customer service / contractor / MO and prepare reports on the progress of work.

Work closely with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to assess the cause and extent of defects.

To ensure proper documentation findings in detailed reports, recording filling accordingly.

Provide technical advice and recommendations for defect prevention in future.

Any other assignments & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecture or any related courses.

At least 2 years of working experience in building management, site supervisor or related, particularly in defect identification and rectification process.

Familiarity in local housing with local building law and regulation.

Good interpersonal and able to communicate effectively with purchaser, customer service team, site construction team and MO.
