Job summary
A leading conglomerate in Subang Jaya is seeking a skilled network engineer to provide Level 3 support for advanced IP/MPLS infrastructure. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, relevant industry certifications, and experience in network optimization and troubleshooting. Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience with JunOS, Cisco IOS, or Huawei VRP.
- Industry certifications like HCIP, CCNP, JNCIS/JNCIP.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for SDW IP/MPLS network infrastructure.
- Drive incident/problem management for MTTR targets.
- Operate and maintain SP-grade edge/core routers and switches.
