Technical Support Executive - Taiwan Market (Start ASAP)

Provide remote technical support to Taiwan market customers, resolving issues and enhancing customer experience at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide remote technical support via telephone, e-mail, and other channels.
  • Manage customer cases to resolution proactively, meeting service level targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by following company policies and procedures.
  • Use and develop problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues and enquiries.
  • Educate and guide customers on printer and printing software technology.
  • Contribute to the knowledge management database accessible to all staff.
  • Build understanding of customers’ business, challenges, and future direction to foster strong relationships.
About You
