Marketing Director
Location: PJ
Salary range: Up to RM 12K (above that can be considered, provided with good work experience)

To assist and be accountable for the overall marketing, service, and profitability of the marketing department. To help chart the growth of the Marketing Department and achieve its overall objectives.

1. Course consultation to potential students by understanding their interests and recommending suitable programs.
2. Selling and recruiting students for the designated Postgraduate programs.
3. Attend to enquiries via phone, email, walk-in, and website.
4. Follow up with current database through calls or meetings.
5. Send email reminders to create awareness of ongoing intake and programs.
6. Participate in education fairs, program previews, corporate presentations, etc.
7. Follow up on student applications for MBAs and supporting documents.
8. Coordinate with the registry department for EPF, offer letters, student IDs, and other documents after application.
9. Implement marketing strategies to support the objectives of postgraduate programs.
10. Follow up on refunds, unpaid tuition fees, and bank drafts during enrollment.
11. Manage enquiry database properly.
12. Research and source new potential students via website visits and cold emailing.
13. Develop and maintain a potential student database.
14. Prepare competitive analysis and market comparison of competitor programs.
15. Produce quality work within stipulated deadlines.
16. Contribute additional hours during seasonal peaks and events.
17. Support the superior and act on their behalf as needed.
18. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors or the company.
