Job description

About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales and Customer Service (B2C) professional. We need a self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties include identifying potential customers and setting up Free Test Drive appointments or Video Car Tours.

Your Day-To-Day

  • Perform outbound calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system & handle leads via CARSOME WhatsApp platform.
  • Attend to customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, products, and service offerings.
  • Support customers in account registration, test drive appointments, and car bookings.
  • Proactively persuade customers to reschedule canceled appointments.
  • Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotions.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using CARSOME Telesales tools.

Your Know-How

  • Education: SPM/Diploma/Degree.
  • Proven experience in Customer Support, Service, or Telesales.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, sales-oriented mindset.
  • Candidate with high integrity and values. Prior professional experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Willing to work on alternate 6 days, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Office location: The Ascent, Kelana Jaya.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin skills are a plus.
