About You
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has strong experience in data visualization, reporting, and business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful business insights, enabling better strategies and operational efficiency.
This role requires proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and analytics frameworks, with a deep understanding of business operations and key performance metrics.
Your Day-to-Day
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices in BI reporting.
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on data findings.
Your Know-How
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
